Mugsy was found as a stray. After no one responded to "found dog flyers", the finding family asked us to help. Mugsy was very thin and it was determined that he had valley fever. We have been treating Mugsy for this condition and will continue to do so. He has gained an appropriate amount of weight and looks marvelous now. While he still is positive for Valley Fever, his condition is improving.
Mugsy is housetrained, crate trained and gets along with other dogs. He is neutered and up to date on his vaccines. Mugsy would make someone a great companion.
Mugsy is available through our new program called "Wanna Doggy Foster for Life". Through this program, Brittany Rescue AZ will pay for all of Mugsy's medical care and grooming to an approved foster. An approved foster only needs to provide the food, exercise and love. Brittany Rescue AZ will retain all legal ownership of Mugsy. Thus there is no adoption fee. This is the perfect program for someone who wishes to have a canine companion but doesn't have the financial ability.
