Facts about Kunoichi

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Black (All)
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • ID#: 10563395-A053924
  • Hair: Short

Black like the night, and sleek and stealthy, Kunoichi (A053924) is appropriately named 'Female Ninja'. Kunoichi is a 9 year old kitty in search of a forever home. She came to us because in her previous home she was being picked on by the resident dog and became incredibly stressed and unhappy. We love sweet Kunoichi because she is a mellow, loving cat. She'll do best in a low-activity home with no dogs. We think she could live with other kitties, as long as she is allowed to do her own thing. If you're looking for a quiet, mellow feline companion look no further than Kunoichi!

All animals are up-to-date on vaccinations (including rabies if over 4 months old), microchipped, and spayed or neutered. All dogs have been been vaccinated with DHPP and Bordatella (kennel cough) and heartworm tested negative (if over 6 months).  All cats have been vaccinated with FVRCP and tested Feline Leukemia negative (if under 6 months) or Feline Leukemia and Feline AIDS negative (if over 6 months). About Yolo County Animal Services

Come Meet Our Pets...

The shelter is open Tuesdays-Fridays from 10am-1pm and 2pm-6pm and Saturdays from 10am-1pm and 2pm-4pm. Please note that adoptions stop 1/2 hour prior to closing for lunch and for the day. The shelter is closed Sundays and Mondays.

Our Adoption Process...

To adopt you must have a photo ID and proof of your current address. If not on your ID then bring in a bill with your name and your current address. If you rent you must provide a lease clearly stating the pet policy or provide a name and phone number for your landlord so that we may confirm the pet policy. If you own your home you may provide a mortgage statement or property tax bill for proof. If you wish to adopt a dog and have other dog(s) at home, please bring them with you to the shelter so that they may meet. Even if your dog is wonderful with other dogs, many of the dogs at the shelter have come in as strays so we have no history on them and need to be sure they get along with your pet(s). If you have any other questions, please call the shelter for more information.
