Robin Hood's Story...
Hey fans, I am Robin Hood. I am 6-8 months old. I love people/ but I'm shy at first and need someone with patience to let me warm up slowly. Yummy treats help! I really Love other dogs and feel most comfortable when I have a furry buddy. I run as fast as a roadrunner but also love to cuddle in your lap and get kisses. I'm sensitive about having my hips touched. I prefer not to be touched there. I was hit by a car several months ago and had hip surgery. I am good as new now. I'm not sure young kids are my thing, but I could do very well with older, respectful children. If you would like more information on adopting me or one of my other friends with LL Dog Rescue, please email us at LLDogRescue@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Robin Hood, a Shawnee Mission Miniature Pinscher puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Miniature Pinscher for sale in Shawnee Mission, or seeking a Miniature Pinscher puppy from a breeder in Shawnee Mission.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Shawnee Mission already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Shawnee Mission breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Miniature Pinscher breeders who help with Miniature Pinscher rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Shawnee Mission paves the way for another one to be saved.
