Faith's Story...
Faith is the sweetest 15-month old Saint Bernard. She is on the smaller side for a Saint… only 95 pounds! She loves to play fetch, be petted, and sleep! She sleeps A LOT! She is not much of a barker, which we love. Her tongue permanently sticks out because her bottom jaw is a little smaller than her top! However this makes her the talk of the town and it doesn’t stop her from eating or drinking. She is a little cautious of strangers that we don’t knowm but when our friends/family are around, she is happy go lucky! She knows basic commands like sit and stay. She could work on the word “come" though! She is house trained and is all around pretty mellow. Faith will melt your heart as soon as you meet her! She loves to play with other dogs (she has gotten along with all dogs she has met). Her favorite thing is to go in the car and stick her head out the window! Faith can’t wait to find her forever home. If you are interested in adopting Faith, please fill out and submit an adoption application from our web site at www.sunnysaints.org and you will be contacted shortly.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Faith, a Bellflower St. Bernard dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a St. Bernard for sale in Bellflower, or seeking a St. Bernard dog from a breeder in Bellflower.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellflower already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellflower breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even St. Bernard breeders who help with St. Bernard rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellflower paves the way for another one to be saved.
