Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ADOPTED!
*HOOCH*
#355-16
Male Shar Pei Mix Breed
Date in: 8/26/16
The name's Hooch, and yes I am as adorable in person as I am in this photo! If you look into my eyes, you can see that I haven't always had the easiest life; truth is, I actually grew up on the streets of Zanesville, Ohio. I never knew where I was going to sleep at night, and I wasn't even sure if I would be able to eat every day. So yeah, life at the Muskingum County Dog Warden & Adoption Center isn't great, but it's a roof over my head and one square meal a day (that kind of just made it sound like prison, didn't it?) Anyway, I don't blame my owner for being down on his luck, in fact I'm grateful! We had some grand adventures, but he knew that a life on the street wasn't what was best for me. It's a little hard adjusting to kennel life when I've been used to roaming free all my life, but hopefully I won't have to be here too long. If you can find a place for me in your heart and in your home, then don't wait too long....a life in the "Pound" is no life either :(
Available for adoption at:
