A.. Otto's Story...
Hi, I'm Otto! I'm a sweet, smart and playful little boy. I'm not the most coordinated kitty which makes for lots of laughs as I try to jump up on the cat trees or the couch. I often carry things around the house and some of them are pretty large! I love to play with balls and wire ties and bottle caps! I am very loving and have even endeared myself to an older Diva female cat that lives here in my foster home because I am so charming. I know that you will fall in love with me as soon as you take me home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

A.. Otto, a Charlotte Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
