My name is Serena. I am a 3 year old beautiful shepherd/lab mix. I am currently being fostered by a family in Peachtree Corners. I was a stray in Milledgeville GA where a college student saved my life. He brought me home to his family. I live with a family with a small female dog (Chihuahua). Sometimes it gets difficult when I try to play with the other dog because of our difference in size. I like to play with toys but we are both competitive over the toys so our fosters keep toys at a minimum. I am a super sweet, strong and athletic loyal dog. I will follow you around the house as I like to be around people. I get walked because there is no fenced yard here but I love to run and I play well with dogs my own size. I am very interested in other dogs but I need to be more careful around smaller dogs because sometimes I don’t know my own size. So for this reason I need to be with a family that will keep me indoors and preferably has a fenced yard. I am house trained and have never chewed up anything. Thunderstorms freak me the heck out, so don’t be shocked if you find me hiding under a table. I am great with all people of all ages and I love to be pet. So make an appointment to come and meet me because I am definitely someones special pet, we just haven’t found each other yet.
