Red is a 2 year old, bright orange/red tabby cat with bright green eyes. You will absolutely LOVE him! He is the most adorable, love bug I have met in a long time.
Red is NOT a Shrinking Violet. He is a regular house cat. I don't understand why it is taking him so long to find a home. He comes right over me when I come in the door, meows, and rubs against my legs. I can pick him ...up and walk around with him. He seems truly grateful to be loved and safe.
Red was found as a thin and starving stray in Rixeyville. A very kind lady did her best to feed him - that is when he was able to get through the woods to her house and get past her cats - approximately only once every 2 weeks.
She told us he was very thin and scrawny. Her cats didn't like him and would not let him eat, so he rarely got any food, but seemed very friendly. One day he came moseying into her yard and actually got past her cats and walked right into the front door! He WAS friendly!!
Once in his foster home, Red was a little apprehensive in the cat playroom at first. After all, other cats were mean to him, but after just a day he fit right in and got along great.
Red would be an EXCELLENT companion cat. His purrfect home is as an indoor only cat with kids over 8 years old. Red is neutered and up to date on vaccines. Contact me if interested GoodMews22@aol.com or 540-825-3744.
