Uno's Story...
Uno is a happy guy that had a tragic event that changed his life...His young teenage owners were involved in a car accident that cost one of them their life. The other is still fighting for hers. The family asked us to please try to find Uno a new family to love and we gladly agreed to help. He is 11 months old and is a Border Collie/Lab mix. He weighs about 45 lbs and is a total love bug. He know to sit and walk on a leash. He loves attention and loves his belly rubbed. He is neutered, up to date on all shots, has been wormed, microchipped and on heartworm and flea prevention. All he need now is his own family again to love forever. His adoption fee is 400.00

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Uno, a Hartford Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie for sale in Hartford, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie dog from a breeder in Hartford.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hartford already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hartford breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Border Collie breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hartford paves the way for another one to be saved.
