Deacon is a male Poodle/Havanese mix only 1 year old. He has been professionally groomed and currently has a very short haircut. His coat will grow out soft, curly and long if allowed. Deacon has beautiful charcoal gray and white with a touch of brown coloring and his coat is non-shedding. He is a very attractive dog and should be stunning once his coat grows back. Deacon is a young, playful boy who likes people and other dogs. He is easy to manage, gentle and seems to follow direction with ease. He will come when you call and trots right outside to do his business when you tell him its time. Deacon is more on the sensitive side and will most likely bond closely with his trusted people. He looks to those he knows for guidance and will stay close to your side once he's bonded to you. Deacon is still blossoming into a nicely well rounded dog and should be able to learn fun games like fetch. He is thrilled with any attention you send his way and can be a sweet cuddler too. Deacon rides quietly in the car and is more on the mellow side but also enjoys racing around in the yard or at the dog park. He is going to make a lovely pet and companion. Deacon was rescued from the shelter where he was brought in stray and neglected. This handsome young dog deserves so much better and will give you years of love and devotion. Deacon has been vet checked, is very healthy, and is ready for his new forever home today!
Deacon’s adoption donation is $450 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Deacon is being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteer, Samantha and is ready for his forever home.
