“I was checking you out, I was just making sure. No, I don’t want to be alone anymore. And, I want you tonight!” If possible though, I want you this afternoon….so I can be in your home by tonight! Can we do that?! I’m Penelope and I’m a female, black Schnauzer mix with natural ears and a natural tail. I’m about one year old and I weigh about twelve pounds. Do I look like Dobby from the Harry Potter movies? Don’t answer that. That’s like answering a woman when she asks if a dress makes her look fat. No, let’s just leave this one alone too! I am a friendly girl and just a little bit shy at first. I’m very sweet and I warm up very quickly. I’m afraid of loud noises so I’d like a home that is calm. I’m the perfect lap dog and I’m happy to just be with you! With my demeanor, I should be a great fit with kids (who don’t make many loud noises!). I do well with other dogs and I never cause a problem. I like walks and I do pretty well on a leash. I’m not crate trained but SRT says that I do appear to be house trained. Well…that’s even better! I’ve been checking you out just to make sure. Now you check me out! And then, let’s make it official! Click the ‘Adopt’ tab, complete your adoption application and put me, Penelope, as a dog of interest.
