If you are interested in adopting one of our pets, you will get a speedier response if you send a request direct to the specified contact person/foster family associated with your chosen pet. Sorry, we do not ship our cats, provide any transportation, or do out of state adoptions.
Adoption Process: We require all potential adopters to fill out an adoption application prior to setting up an appointment to visit with the cat(s). We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. If you email us, we will provide you with an application - either by email or by mail.
Hello, my name is Willow. I am a beautiful Russian Blue female, 2-3 years old. I was rescued from an apartment complex where someone left me behind. A kind lady brought me in and fed me. My personality is reserved, quiet, and shy. The way to my heart is through my tummy. I will purr when you give me the canned food I like. If you are looking for a quiet, low maintenance feline friend then I am your girl!
SAFCC cats are spayed/neutered, current on rabies and vaccinations, dewormed, micro-chipped, and tested for feline aids and leukemia.
Download adoption application: click on the Adoption tab on www.sanantonioferalcats.org. Complete, then scan or take pic, and email to email@example.com

You'll receive a copy, too, at to help you keep track of which pets you've inquired about, and which shelters and rescues you've emailed.
NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter! Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures, on the pet's details page on Adopt-a-Pet.com.
