Adoptable pets available for adoption start in foster care in KY/TN. This allows for time to start each animal on a vetting schedule ie de-wormer, vaccines, vet apts. This is for the animals health & well being.
This rescue has two forms of adoption and animals are posted where future foster homes may be if not adopted into a home first. Direct adoption; which is once an animal has been out of the shelter for 2 plus wks has two or more 5 way puppy vaccines and your able to meet transport and take the pup home. Meet n greet adoption is IF the pet is not adopted first and arrives in foster care up north. This will occur once all vaccines, vetting and willing foster home is available.
