Shelby Loo's Story...
***ADOPTED***
Aroo! I'm Shelby Loo, a petite 1 year old tricolor beagle girl, just 15 pounds. I am currently recovering
from being hit by a car. Thank goodness for Arizona Beagle Rescue who gave me a
second chance at walking on all 4's again. I had surgery on my leg and I am
healing well. I am still working on walking on that paw because I learned
hopping on 3 feet was just as easy to get around so my foster mom called me
Shelby Roo..like a kangaroo. I am the sweetest girl. I enjoy sleeping in my
crate, going on rides in the car, cuddling, and just being where all the action
is. I am staying with 3 foster beagle brother and sisters and I do pretty well with them all. If
you are looking for a beagle to spoil I think I could be your girl!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shelby Loo, a Phoenix Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
