Meet Rex! This handsome guy was transferred to our rescue from the city shelter in San Francisco where he was extremely shut down and facing euthanasia. Once he was outside of the shelter Rex's personality changed...he opened up to us and we saw what a sweet and loving soul he really is.
Rex was found as a stray in San Francisco so we don't know too much about his history. He is about 2 years old, neutered, up to date on his shots, and healthy as can be. He weighs about 60 pounds and is full grown. Rex does well with other dogs, kids (10+), and people of all ages. He is definitely a shy dog and needs an experienced adopter who can help show him the world isn't as scary as he thinks!
Rex is currently living in foster care and doing great! He is house-broken and knows basic commands. He has a wonderful temperament and will make for a great companion.
To meet this beautiful blue-nose please fill out an adoption application on our website!
