My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing the "Motorcycle litter" of kittens, we have two fabulous boys left. They were born about 6/2/16, and joined a neighboring county shelter when they were only about 4 weeks old. We were able to transfer them in to Forget Me Not, as we had some extra space, and they are now neutered and ready to find their forever homes. Since they were so young when entering shelter care, they never had a chance to learn "street smarts" from their mama kitty, and should remain indoor-only kitties for their own safety.

Both of these boys are happy, playful, curious, and outgoing, and will make wonderful companions. Harley, an orange and white tabby, has a cute kinked tail.

We'd love to see all kittens go to homes that have another young, playful kitten, or to send 2 of them out as a pair (which gives you a great pair discount rate), but we do not require pair adoptions. If you prefer to adopt just one, and you don't have a similarly aged kitten at home already, please read our information on Single Kitten Syndrome . Then, when you apply for a single kitten, please let us know in the "Comments" field how you plan to deal with the "kitten crazies." Harley would be a great pair with his brother Yamaha, or with any of his friends in Kitten Room 2.

All kittens arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and with all age-appropriate vaccinations; most will need one or two booster vaccinations after arrival, and rabies vaccination between 4-6 months of age. Adoption fee for Harley is suggested minimum $50 (more gratefully accepted). Discount for pair adoptions! All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts. Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to both the Seattle area and Spokane, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
