Abigail's Story...
Abigail is a sweetheart of a puppy who needs some real tender loving care and lots of good food. She came into our rescue very thin and very scared. But Abigail got lucky and is in a foster home with her sister Ursula and a foster family that has lots of patience. She started coming out of her shell after just two days and now plays with the family's dog and is learning how to cuddle. So she may be very shy at first, but Abi wants love so badly it won't take her long to become an active member of a loving home. Abi is up to date on shots and will be spayed prior to adoption. UPDATE: Abi is a romping, jumping, playful, happy 5 month old who LOVES other dogs and people. She is terrific!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Abigail, a West Los Angeles Rottweiler puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler for sale in West Los Angeles, or seeking a Rottweiler puppy from a breeder in West Los Angeles.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Los Angeles already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Los Angeles breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler breeders who help with Rottweiler rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Los Angeles paves the way for another one to be saved.
