Koda's Story...
Koda is a ball of happiness and energy. He loves to be outside, loves to play, and even loves to have his photo taken :-) He just a fun and feisty guy. He is approx 50 lbs and most likely full grown. His spunk does require that he has an active home where he has the chance to romp and play, but he's well mannered and did well on the leash. This sweet guy will make a wonderful addition to an active home.

Act quickly to adopt Koda. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Koda, a Mount Sterling Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Mount Sterling, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Mount Sterling.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mount Sterling already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mount Sterling breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mount Sterling paves the way for another one to be saved.
