Anna's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Anna's Story...
Anna is a 2 yr old sweet, laid back cat who has decided she's a couch potato. She wants to curl up with you on the couch, and she loves to be petted and will "talk" to you. She's very affectionate, but very easy going. She's indifferent to the dogs, and she'd do fine with a dog who is socialized with cats. If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate, low maintenance cat, you'll definitely want to meet Anna!

Adopt one cat/kitten and get a 2nd one for ½ fee. Felines do better in pairs or even more than two. Some of our kitties are bonded pairs and will need to go together to their purrrfect home. Of course if you only want to adopt one then we also have kitties who can be adopted alone.

We start all of our adoptions with a one week sleepover, so you know everything there is to know before finalizing the adoption.

Adoption Fees for Cats and Kittens: $50 for one and $75 for two
This includes vetting, UTD Vaccinations and spay or neuter

We ask that you fill out an adoption application before you meet our animals. You can download it here: http://www.floridaurgentrescue.com/adopt

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Anna, a Jacksonville Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Jacksonville, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Jacksonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jacksonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jacksonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jacksonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
