Introducing the "Spiderman litter" of kittens. They were born about 7/7/16, and were sadly abandoned in a remote area by a lake when they were only about 4 weeks old, far too young to know how to survive in the wild. Two of the litter didn't survive, but the other four have rallied and are thriving after some extended time in foster care. Because they had no mama to teach them "street smarts" during the important 4-8 week ages, these four should remain indoor-only kitties for their own safety.
These kittens are fun and frisky with a little feisty tossed in - we just love them! MaryJane, the only girl in the group, likes to discover her own fun rather than following the boys, and can't say no to a friendly lap (she was very hard to photograph because she ALWAYS wants to be on you)!
We'd love to see all kittens go to homes that have another young, playful kitten, or to send 2 of them out as a pair (which gives you a great pair discount rate), but we do not require pair adoptions. If you prefer to adopt just one, and you don't have a similarly aged kitten at home already, please read our information on Single Kitten Syndrome . Then, when you apply for a single kitten, please let us know in the "Comments" field how you plan to deal with the "kitten crazies."

All kittens arrive spayed/neutered, dewormed, microchipped and with all age-appropriate vaccinations; most will need one or two booster vaccinations after arrival, and rabies vaccination between 4-6 months of age. Adoption fee for MaryJane is suggested minimum $65 (more gratefully accepted). Discount for pair adoptions: $110 total for two! All pets are placed with a 30-day money-back trial period, to give pet and family enough time to discover any unknown allergies or other conflicts. Can't come to Republic? Don't let that stop you! We have monthly transports to both the Seattle area and Spokane, delivering adopted pets to their new owners. If you can add a little to your donation to help us cover our volunteer driver's expenses, that would be great!
