MEET DINO!  (One very cool dog!)

He is a 5 year old Min-Pin or Manchester Terrier (???)  (except this one has a charming overbite... ). He is full grown at about 15 lbs. and sweet as can be.

He is dog friendly, crate trained and wants to be on your lap!  He came into our care a month ago WHAT A DOLL!  His owners were moving and were not able to take him --- so they asked Grateful Paws to find him a new forever home.  He is delightful!  What a snuggle bunny.  Loves to hunt lizards and sleep behind your knees beneath the covers!  Sweet little man. Rides well in the car – and always wants to be near you!  He has seen our Vet and has been brought up to date on vaccines, tests, recently  had a dental and now has a micro-chip.

Rehoming fee: $250

NOTE: Adoption fees are applied towards the vet bill: Exam, blood tests, vaccinations, fecal, worming, spay/neuter, and microchip. There is rarely anything left over, but if that happens, the monies get applied to the next or previous pet - who may have had to have an x-ray, be groomed or have a dental.

About Grateful Paws Dog & Cat Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a group of animal loving people who volunteer our time to save the life of a dog or cat in need. We are not breed specific but our ability to help depends entirely upon whether we have a foster home in which toi place the pet while we are looking for a new forever home.

We are entirely volunteer and none of us are compensated for our time or efforts. Monies donated go directy to the animals in our care.

Come Meet Our Pets...

For the most part, we reply primarily on the internet because we all work full-time jobs during the week!

We do not have a physical building - but we try to participate in Saturday adoption events from 11am - 3pm, on a regular basis. Please check our website for our most current calendar that shows where we will be. www.gratefulpaws.org.

It is always best to check the Upcoming Events page of our website www.gratefulpaws.org/upcomingevents.html

or give us a call to find out where we are going to be. Week nights 954-462-8840 eves after 8pm or on the week-ends: 954-579-3753.

Our EMAIL is monitored day and night, and is the BEST way to contact us.

Our Adoption Process...

We perform a telephone or in-person interview and ask our perspective adopters to complete an application for review by our board (generally takes a day or less). We want to meet the family, so we will come to your house to see where our pet will live. We do a vet check and if applicable, a landlord or condo association check as well. And finally, we accept an adoption donation that is applied towards the vet and care bill for that pet. The range is from $75 to $300.
