Scarlett is a sweet and happy girl that loves her person. She likes to go for walks, car rides too, or just hang out with you watching television. She does hang out on the couch when yo hare not home and will be waiting for you to come home. Once you are home she is there to greet you with a wagging tail and if she is really excited she will happily bark to greet you.
Scarlett gets along with other dogs in the home, she does not beg for food.
She is potty trained and will scratch at the door to go out or use a doggy door. She has danced at the door when you are coming to let her out or greeting you. She will sit and wait for her food most of the time.
If you let her she will sleep with you and sleeps all night. or she will sleep in a comfy doggy bed.
Scarlett is a diabetic and on insulin twice a day. She does not mind the shots because she knows she gets a treat for being a brave little girl.
The insulin is inexpensive as are the needles. Insulin is $25, needles are $13 at Walmart. The insulin will last about 2 months and needles 50 days.
If you are looking for a well rounded dog and do not mind that she is a diabetic and mostly blind I think she she shadows. Then please consider Scarlett.
