NOTE: If you want a smart companion dog that is devoted, Chris is someone to meet. He is a dog with some trust issues initially but with the right approach and respect towards him, he's the bestest friend. He must be around female dogs, not male dogs. He's easy to manage and behaves very well. He plays well with small females.

REQUIRE: someone willing to handle a very smart dog that is picky on how he's approached by people - he doesn't like to be walked up on and prefers female dogs.
KIDS: no - they tend not to respect his space.
DOGS: female dogs around his size or smaller only - so he can play with.

GROOMING: Needs grooming
BARKING: only for alerting or wanting attention.
LEASH/WALKS: pretty good on leash
TOYS: loves to play fetch
FOODS: wet and dry
NOTES: He is challenging but is good at taking orders.
He wants to please and is very respectful in the home. He sleeps at the edge of the bed and is a cuddly bear once he's bonded with you.
