**SLEEPOVER PENDING**

Handsome COOPER is a very happy boy, who's tail is always wagging. He does great with other dogs, and loves human affection. He is laid back, but also enjoys playing with other dogs. He is crate trained, but not his favorite place long term. He is almost completely potty trained. So far his foster hasnt heard him bark. Like most beagles, he loves food.  COOPER would make a great addition to your home!
