Sylveter's Story...
Meet Sylvester, he came to us from off the streets in Greeley after the school year ended. He was adopted from Weld County Humane from a person attending UNC about 9 months before they abandoned him. Both the microchip company and I called, e-mailed this person that adopted and abandoned this poor boy numerous times-she never called either of us back. This poor old guy has had a hard knock life- his right forelimb is fused from an old break, his ears are a bit tattered, but he has a spark and twinkle in his 15 year young eyes. We have him on Cat Cosequin and primarily a wet food diet. He just wants to be loved and cherished in his golden time, he loves people despite all he has been through. Can anyone find it in their hearts to give this little guy a loving home to live out his time in comfort? Please contact me so Sylvester has a furever home. He is neutered, vaccinated, tested Negative for FIV/FeLV, and of course microchipped. Has had recent blood-work and urinalysis done and all his blood values are excellent! Adoption donation is $100

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sylveter, a Loveland Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Loveland, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Loveland.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Loveland already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Loveland breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Loveland paves the way for another one to be saved.
