Hi!  I'm Rusty and I'm on the hunt for the perfect family.  I'm hoping to find someone who is looking for an older gentleman like me (I'm 9ish).  Someone who will want to take me places or just hang out.  I love going to the dog park (I like all dogs), to the beach, hanging out in the yard...whatever you want to do, I'm up for it!  I had a rough start in life so I can be a bit timid at first.  Foster mom has tried to get me to talk about my past but I prefer to keep quiet.  In fact, she says I'm so quiet she's only ever heard me bark in my dreams.  I like all people of all sizes but due to so much change in my life, I am a bit of a nervous nelly so I probably wouldn't want to live in a house with small children.  I'm a quiet boy and am looking for a quiet home.  I'm good with foster mom's cat though so cats are a-okay!

I am crate trained but I don't need to crated when left alone.
I'm neutered, up to date on all my shots and heart worm negative and I totally rock my doggie Mowhawk!  I'm housebroken, good on leash and just very CALM.  Low maintenance I've been told.  My adoption fee is $200 but if you're a senior, we would qualify for a senior to senior adoption at $100!  So, if you like to be my new people, go ahead and fill out an application then you can contact Linda Norton at linda@springerlabs.com or Sandra Toal at sandratoal18@gmail.com.  I'm currently located in Coburg, Ontario (Canada) but NBRAN can transport me if needed....BUT since I am a nervous boy, my foster thinks it's best if my new family met me in person before they adopt me.

Our Adoption Process...

Each adopter must complete an application on our website at www.nbran.org. Once your application is received an NBRAN volunteer will be in contact to follow-up and assist you in finding the perfect fit for your family. A home visit is required, as well as, current or past vetting information as part of the application/process process to help ensure we make the best fit possible. Once the right Brittany has been found, we will help transport your new family member we only ask the adopting family to participate by drive the last leg of the transport.
