Meet Magoo. Just about the cutest puppy ever! He and his 2 other siblings were dropped off in a box at one of our Vets offices. It took us a few days to figure out that he is completely blind. Magoo is very healthy, his eyes have developed normally, he just cant see out of them. Our Vet thinks either the mom dog was vaccinated early on in her pregnancy, which is a no no, or that she had a virus that effected the sight of the puppies. Magoo is an amazing little puppy. As long as he's adopted into a home with another dog he will do great. Magoo is currently in foster care with other dogs and doing wonderful. The other dogs in the home are Magoo's eyes and Magoo's ears and nose will lead his way. Its amazing to watch. Magoo picks up on things so quickly and will be very easy to train. He can hear you walk and just follows you. Or, he will hear you in the other room and make his way to you. He already has his foster home memorized and knows the daily routine. Magoo is a very happy, healthy little guy, full of love, tail wags and kisses. We ask that you have another dog in the home young enough and playful enough for Magoo to bond with. He will not be able to go to a two story house, or a house with a swimming pool or pond. Children must to be over the age of 11 please.
Magoo is in foster care and can be seen at our Saturday adoption event from 11am - 3pm at Creative Pet Supply -305 North Harbor Blvd. San Pedro, CA 90731.
