Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Gigi. She is 2 years old. We think she is a mixed breed of shepherd, collie and maybe coon hound (??)
We found her in the Grant Elementary School field and have shared her pic everywhere including the humane society and Lake county dog warden. She was not chipped and was pretty skinny when found. We had her vaccinated and she has an appt for spay in Oct. . Unfortunately, our senior dog is too stressed having her in the house so it breaks our hearts to have to found a home for her.
* Needs strong toys to chew.
* Loves to play ball n get scratched on head, arms, and belly.
* Sleeps in a crate at night.
She is such a happy dog and loves to run. Like, she seriously LOVES it... She will make a family with a well fenced in yard very happy :)
She is good tempered but takes a while to warm up to males... Took her a couple days to go near my dad but now she will lay across his lap and try to lick his face whenever he sits on the couch
As far as house-training, she goes to the door and gives adorable short howls when she needs to go out. But if we are not home to keep the schedule, she may have an accident in house.
She is seriously an amazing girl and we love to keep her! We are extremely sad that we can't but we hope a loving family is out there for her!
