My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB July 14, 2014.

HI! I am Munro! I am a sweet and curious two year old girl who loves to purr and play. I love greeting my humans at the door with little chirps and cries. When you sit down I will happily purr for you while I head butt your hand and legs for pats. My foster mom sometimes calls me happy feet, because I dance around lifting and stretching my legs and paws when I am awaiting pets or my breakfast.

I like soft beds and warm blankets. I hope you don't mind sharing your bed because I would prefer to sleep with you at night and purr away! I will happily jump on the couch or chair to snuggle a bit, but I don't really like to be picked up and carried around. I like people a lot, but I prefer if I come to them first. Once we are friends I will seek you out for love and attention. The best way to make friends with me is to give me TREATS!

I get a little nervous around loud noises at first, but my curiosity always gets the best of me, so I have to come and check it out.

I originally came from Oshawa Animal Shelter, but was transferred to Toronto when they were to full. Luckily Toronto Cat Rescue came and took me to one of their foster homes where I could learn not to be shy or scared any more. About ten months ago I was adopted, but I had to come back to my foster home because my adopters were moving to another country. I really want to find my forever home. I hope you have some room in your heart (and bed) for me? I am awesome!!

Munro's foster family shares: "Munro is a sweet and silly girl that quickly takes over your heart. All she wants is love and attention and a nice warm bed. Over the last year she has really become more confident and personable and loves to show off her silly kitty antics. She is full of chirps and loves to chat with you. Munro is a wonderful companion!"
