Meow, meow, my name is Skye. I am a female tabby kitten with a very pretty face and tuffs in her ears. My birth date is 5/18/16. My foster family says I have the softest fur and they love to pet me. I am kind of shy at first, but that is just because I need a little time to warm up. I am actually quite playful with other cats, cat toys (especially string), and has even played with a 45lb. dog's tail (who I live with in my current foster home). I was the first one to touch noses with the dog, so you can see I am very brave! My foster family says I am the perfect balance of playing and cuddling. I purr when I'm held and meow on occasion. I like looking out the window or sitting up on a high perch to observe what is going on around me. I would love to find my forever home, and would be happy with either adults or kids. If you would like to meet me or find out more about my personality, please contact Wild Blue to set up an appointment. Also, if you would like to get pre-approved to adopt, please go to the Wild Blue Website ( and submit an online application. When adopting a Wild Blue kitten the adoption fee includes a certificate, to be used at one of our partner vets for my first rabies vaccination, my spay/neutering, & a micro-chip. Also, unless otherwise noted, I will be FIV/FELV negative.

About Wild Blue Animal Rescue and Sanctuary

About Our Rescue Group...

Wild Blue Animal Rescue and Sanctuary is a 501(C)(3) rescue organization in the Colorado Springs area. We are committed to the No Kill philosophy and we hope to help El Paso County become a No Kill region. We currently only house cats and kittens.

We are strong believers in and supporters of spay/neuter programs, Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR), and the Human-Animal Connection.

We are always in need of volunteers, and especially Foster Homes! We welcome your support!

Come Meet Our Pets...

You may see our wonderful kitties at our facility by appointment. Please contact Lauri or Allison for an appointment at (719) 213-1127. Please send an email and we'll try to respond as quickly as possible.

We also take a selected few of our pets to adoption fairs each week. We are at the PetCo at Union and Powers (Prominent Pt) from noon to 4PM on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month and the PetCo on N. Nevada (University Village shopping area) on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays. Some of our animals are a bit shy, or can get stressed at such locations, though, so we like to show them at our location when we can.

Thank you for supporting the animals!
