Howdy, my name's Gramps and it's nice to meet you. So what's an older guy like me doing in a shelter you ask? Welp, my momma had to go to a nursing home and her daughter couldn't care for me. I've lived with cats before and I'd be okay in a home with children over 12 years old. I just like my quiet time. Please say you'll give a guy like me an chance and adopt me today!

Our Adoption Process...
When you stop by to see our animals, you're welcome to walk through the facility to see who we have available. if you find a pet you are interested in, you are asked to fill out a pre-adoption survey, then meet with an Adoption Counselor to make sure you'll have the perfect match. If all goes well, you can take your pet home the same day. Further pricing and adoption policies can be found on http://www.sicsa.org/how-to-adopt-a-pet
You'll receive a copy, too, at

NOTE: Some shelters have physical locations you can visit; some of these shelters may only have pets for a limited time, so please do not wait for a reply—just go visit the shelter!
Other organizations are rescue groups run by busy volunteers who may take a while to reply. You can find information about the shelter or rescue group caring for this pet, and their adoption procedures,
