Pippi's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Pippi's Story...
This is Pippi Longstocking. She came to us looking very ragged. After a good grooming, a couple of good baths and some good food, she is well on her way to looking fabulous! She is very laid back and calm.
She is an older girl 5-6 and loves to be in a lap. She still has some spunk and enjoys her toys. She is a little chubby so we are trying to watch her figure so new family will need to continue this. She really likes to "hide" if she is not in a lap. We have made her a "cave" by enclosing her crate with blankets. She doesn't mind the other dogs but would do better with older ones as the puppy in this foster home annoys her. She is housetrained and is as sweet as they come. Adoption fee for all dogs and puppies is $120.00 each, which includes spay/neuter, vaccinations (including all puppy boosters for puppies under 4 months), worming, flea/tick treatment if needed, and collar/leash/tags.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Pippi, a Yukon Pomeranian dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pomeranian for sale in Yukon, or seeking a Pomeranian dog from a breeder in Yukon.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Yukon already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Yukon breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pomeranian breeders who help with Pomeranian rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Yukon paves the way for another one to be saved.
