Hello, my name is Buffi. I'm a beautiful and very sweet potcake girl from the Humane Society of Grand Bahama. I'm called a "potcake" because I was a street dog in the Caribbean--they call us potcakes because the people there have a tendency to toss us the cake that forms in the bottom of the pot when cooking rice and peas. I'm a good girl--I get along well with other dogs, I'm friendly and I'm affectionate. Unfortunately, I have heartworm, but the kind people of OutPaws are providing my treatment which I have already started. But they say I'm still available for adoption and could go home with my forever family just as soon as they find me!! If you would like to meet me, apply online at www.outpaws.org/adopt
