Theodore Franklin is two years old and weighs 8 pounds! He is a handsome, friendly, smart, happy little guy who enjoys life. He likes to sunbathe, play with other days, and sleep with his foster mommy! Theodore has a very sweet personality and gets along well with everyone including dogs, cats, and children!
