Information:
Toby is a very distinguished southern gentleman. For no other reason than he was getting older he was abandoned by his former family at the local shelter. Toby is now in a foster home where he is adored and treated like the gentlemen he is. He wants nothing more than to be with his people. He is older and would prefer a quiet household with maybe one or two respectful dog pals. Cats seem to be on Toby’s list of ok pals as well. Toby is a wonderful travel companion!! He enjoys car rides and trips to the local home improvement store. He also enjoys strolls around the yard or neighborhood to smell the smells and hear the sounds. Toby is a bit of a foody and really enjoys a good meal or snack. His ideal evening would be a night in with his special person watching TV and getting back rubs and chin scratches.
Housetraining is a skill that Toby has mastered but he does prefer to be kept on a schedule. Chronic Dry Eye has caused Toby to lose most of his sight and he will require daily drops for this condition.
Blind Dog Rescue Alliance has voted against the use of electric fencing effective immediately.
