Sweet Paz is a 2 year old American Bull Terrier, ready to become a beloved family member. She was rescued by our sister organization in Mexico, and is now in foster care near Victoria BC. This happy girl is very loving and obedient, she aims to please. Paz adores people, and is good with other dogs. However she does not enjoy the company of cats. Paz weighs 44 pounds and walks well on leash. She was quite sick at one point in her short life and was left with a permanent tic, which does not affect her daily activities but will remain with her for life. Paz is healed and completely healthy now, spayed, fully dewormed, and up to date on vaccinations. She is receiving free transition boarding by Pet Pampering, an alternative boarding and daycare on the Saanich Peninsula. Where social dogs have too much fun! If you would like to adopt Paz, please email info.pvca@gmail.com for your application.

About PVCA Victoria British Columbia

About Our Rescue Group...

PVCA Animal Rescue is the sister organization of the SPCA Puerto Vallarta in Mexico. We facilitate the transportation and adoption of rescue dogs into loving forever homes. PVCA is a network of volunteers, transporters, and foster homes. The mission of SPCA de PV is to help fund and promote sterilization, adoption and healthcare efforts for companion animals in the Puerto Vallarta area, with the goal of eliminating the euthanasia of healthy and adoptable animals. SPCA de PV is not supported by the government, corporations, foundations or businesses. The dogs & cats of Mexico are too often found living on the streets after being discarded and/or extremely abused. We devote ourselves to their physical and emotional rehabilitation and invite everyone to come and interact with the animals at our sanctuary. Compassion Knows No Boundaries!

Our Adoption Process...

We screen all applications and in most cases require a home check prior to placement. An approved adoption application must be on file before meetings are set up, as our dogs are in foster homes. We charge a $250USD adoption fee. We routinely follow up with a visit or at least a phone call after placement. We solicit follow up photos and publish adoptions in our weekly newsletter.
