Facts about Jimmy

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Orange Or Red
  • Age: Kitten
  • Sex: Male
  • ID#: 2016-148
  • Hair: Short
I have A “Whole Lotta Love “ to give , and so much more! I am called Jimmy P most of the time cuz my brothers are Johnny B. and Stevie Ray . My foster mom and my real mom listened to 20 hours of music while my family was being born so my whole family is named for famous singers and musicians.

I am very talented, but not so much in music. I can climb six foot cat trees, catch the bird on a stick, jump very high straight up in the air, come out on top in kitten pile with 7 kittens underneath, almost get that red dot that flies all over the room, I have grabbed what they call bubbles but they disappear as soon as I catch them, I think they are afraid because I am so fierce. I do not swim, when I fell into the shower we discovered that, but if I fall in again I think I will be able to walk on water the next time cuz I almost had it this time before I was saved.

I have been raised in a home environment with other cats and a big chocolate lab. I have never met any children so I don’t if I like them or not. If they play gently and have learned how to treat pets with care and respect I think I would like them very much. I have not had a lot of time sitting on laps as there is only one lap in the house and I have to share, I want a lap of my very own that I can curl up in when I am tired of playing and sleep warm and safe. I go looking for my foster mom when I want to snuggle and she always makes a space.

I have a big family. 5 sisters and 2 brothers, and my mom so if you are looking for 2 kittens we could keep it all in the family! My mom Bailee was found outside and brought to a very full Animal Control shelter. There she was placed in room full of barking dogs due to overcrowding. She was terrified and she was scheduled to be euthanized the day after her stray hold ended, but the people at StrayHavenRescue.org were watching and were there to take her to a foster home the minute she was released from stray hold. Less than 24 hours after arriving at our foster home and getting her own bedroom with soft lights and music she produced 8 wonderful kittens! US! She is also looking for a permanent home.
