Phoenix's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and not good with cats.

Phoenix's Story...
Phoenix came to us because unfortunately their owners had to move out of state and were unable to take her with them.

She is still playful and full of energy. She loves going for walks but pulls a bit on her leash. She is friendly towards people and other dogs and likes having her humans and her sister in her sight. She is a bit possessive of her food but does fine playing and sharing toys. She is very vocal, especially when it’s time for a walk, and she has a unique howl!

A typical Sibe, she does her fair share of counter surfing and trash diving

Please don't let the age fool you - this pair of 8 yr old still has a lot of life left. She is very sweet, and playful. If you are interested in adopting Phoenix please fill out an application on our website www.HHSHR.com.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Phoenix, a Shingleton Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Shingleton, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Shingleton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Shingleton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Shingleton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Shingleton paves the way for another one to be saved.
