Goofy was recently adopted and returned because he did not do well being crated for long periods while his family was away. He is a great indoor dog but he is high energy and has let us know he is not going to stand for being crated for an entire workday. Goofy is looking for a home where he doesn't need to be cooped up all day, whether that means a fenced back yard he can hang out in (with proper shelter) or doggie daycare. Goofy would also love for there to be at least one dog in the home that will play with him. Otherwise, Goofy is a well mannered dog. He is potty trained and listens well. His foster reports that he is mostly good at not repeating bad behavior if you can catch him in the act to correct him. He is confident and so far not very vocal. Goofy does need a fenced yard in his forever home. Without a fence he cannot be unsupervised or he will put his nose to the ground and follow it until he's lost. Goofy is a great passenger in the car and didn't give the vet any trouble.
