Bella's Story...
Sweetheart BELLA needs a foster or forever home! Bella is a beautiful almost 4 year old terrier mix; her 4th birthday is SUNDAY, OCTOBER 30th. Her only birthday wish is to finally find a forever home of her own!!! Sweet BELLA has lived with children before, and has even lived with another dog. Bella is currently waiting in a crowded shelter, and has been disappointed many times. She was surrendered when her family was moving and couldn't take her with them; then returned when a member of her foster family learned they had allergies. Bella is currently the longest stay female dog at a municipal shelter. For more info, to arrange a meet and greet, or if you are interested in fostering or adopting Bella, please contact HSARC via call or text at 908-892-8166 or email HunterdonSomersetARC@gmail.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bella, a Bridgewater Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Bulldog for sale in Bridgewater, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Bulldog dog from a breeder in Bridgewater.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bridgewater already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bridgewater breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Bulldog breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium)/Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bridgewater paves the way for another one to be saved.
