Lilly's Story...
"Though she be but little, she is fierce" Don't be fooled by this little divas precious face, she is a fearless ball of energy. Lilly doesn't seem to realize that she is much smaller than her brother and two other dogs in her foster home. She isn't afraid of trying new things and mastered climbing the stairs in the blink of an eye. Some of her favorite things are playing tug with her brother, Barron, chasing tennis balls, and cuddling. Lilly is the perfect balance of fun loving puppy and complete cuddle bug. She loves to be held and likes to nuzzle underneath your chin. She responds to her name and is doing well using puppy pads. Lilly is about 6 weeks old and looks like a black lab puppy with a few white markings on her chest. She is a complete sweetheart and will be the perfect companion and loyal friend. If you would like to meet Lilly you can email info@FORrescue.net of fill out an application at http://forrescue.net/dog-application/. Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lilly, a Knoxville Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Knoxville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Knoxville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Knoxville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Knoxville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Knoxville paves the way for another one to be saved.
