Hi, I'm Emma and I'm a 6-7 year old Rottweiler that was rescued from the local pound. I'm a sweet, loving girl who loves to lay at your feet (or next to you on the couch) and get lots of pets and love. I'm great with all people including children. As long as I get to be with you, that's all I need to make me happy. I also enjoy walks (I pull for a minute but then walk nicely), and also like bouncing in the yard with my foster family. I would do best in a home without other dogs as they make me very nervous and can be reactive toward them if I feel at all threatened. It's not that I want to be mean, I was just not well socialized with other animals in my past. I am fully housetrained and crate trained as well. My foster momma thinks I may not need to be crated in a forever home but am crated now since there are other animals in the house. I'm hoping that a family will come along that will love me and give me all the loves and attention I crave. If you have love to give, please fill out an application to meet me at: http://www.toledospetbullproject.com/adoption-info/

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our Adoption Process...

All of our dogs are in foster homes so once you decide on which dog you would like to meet and/or adopt, complete and submit an adoption application, which can be found at www.toledospetbullproject.com/adoption-info/ (please copy and paste into your browser).

The application will be reviewed; if the applicant meets our adoption criteria, the application will be passed on to the foster. The foster will then contact you and make arrangements for your family to meet the dog. A home visit is required for all of our adoptions. If you are out of our area, we will make arrangements with a rescue group in your area.

Our adoption fees are as follows:
$150 for dog/puppies under 1 year
$125 for dogs over 1 year
$75 for senior dogs (depends on breed)
For Puppies 4 months old and younger: Adopter agrees to pay a $50 training retainer in addition to the adoption fee. The $50 training retainer will be refunded to adopter after completing a dog training class and showing proof of certificate
