Evie's Story...
Evie was recently surrendered by her previous owners and came to No Kitten Left Behind-MN through a transfer program.

Little is known about her history so what trauma she endured prior to being surrendered at 9 years of age, we could only imagine. While she was at first uncertain of her new environment and took a few days to trust that it was safe to eat and drink, she soon opened up and settled in among the other feline friends.

Evie is a gentle soul; only kindness and gentleness exudes from her. At mealtime Evie is right at the foot of the one feeding her and at bedtime she’s within reach of sleeping by the foster’s side.

Evie loves catnip toys and to lay out and show her belly, teasing you to pet her and play with her. Laid back in nature, Evie is an affectionate and well behaved cat, even having her moments of running after another kitty in a game of chase so as to prove she’s not anywhere near slowing down!

Evie gets along well with other cats in the home, never showing any aggression towards them, and uses her cat scratcher without hesitation. She also uses his litter box without issue.

Evie has been vet checked, spayed, microchipped and is up to date on vaccinations. She also tested negative for Feline Leukemia and FIV.

Her adoption fee is $120 + tax DOB: 05/21/2007

*We are a foster based rescue. Please contact us to set up a time to meet this wonderful cat!*

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Evie, a St Paul Siamese cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siamese for sale in St Paul, or seeking a Siamese cat from a breeder in St Paul.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in St Paul already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a St Paul breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siamese breeders who help with Siamese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in St Paul paves the way for another one to be saved.
