Don't be deceived by this sweet face! Kitten Bruester McNugget (so named because he was found abandoned behind an ice cream stand, eating Chicken McNuggets) has two favorite things in life - playing and eating (he's a gourmet - he prefers canned kitten food to dry food!) He really enjoyed playing with cat toys and with the adult cats in his foster home, and he was fine with the gentle dog in the home. At the end of an active play session, though, he liked to settle down on his foster mom's lap for a nap. McNugget is a great choice for a household that wants a playful kitten, wants to add a kitty companion for their existing cat, or already has a gentle dog."
Nugget's adoption fee is $125.  He has been neutered and given age appropriate vaccinations, dewormed, given flea/tick prevention, disease testing for FeLV & FIV, a 24Petwatch microchip, and his adopter will receive 30 days of  Pet Emergency Insurance.

About Georgia SPCA

About Our Shelter...

Georgia SPCA is an adoption agency that rescues dogs and cats from GA shelters that are in danger of euthanasia. Once we pull an animal, it is vaccinated, quarantined for health reasons, dewormed, treated for fleas & ticks AND spayed or neutered prior to being placed up for adoption. We spay and neuter ALL of our pets including puppies and kittens.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are open M-F 11-7, Sat 11-5 and Sun 1-4. The GA SPCA is on Buford Hwy is between McGinnis Ferry Rd. and Sugarload Parkway. We also have cats and kittens available for adoptions daily at the Flowery Branch Petsmart.

Our Adoption Process...

We begin our process with an adoption application. Once approved we sign a contract with the adopter. There is an adoption fee which varies depending on what type of pet. Our adoption fees help us pay for normal business expenses and animal care such as spay/neuter, vaccinations, Feline Leukemia and FIV testing for cats, Heartworm testing for dogs, deworming, flea & tick prevention, heartworm prevention and microchips.
