Loki's Story...
Hi, my name is Loki and I am a 1 and a half year old male cat. As you can see from my photo I’m black and white with an ADORABLE pink nose and PURR-FECT all white paws. Not very long ago I found myself homeless when my owner could no longer care for me and I was taken to an animal shelter. Thank goodness Posh Pets stepped in to rescue me and now I’m looking to find my forever home. Here are some facts about me: I am a real PEOPLE PERSON. I will FOLLOW my person around the house. I adore ATTENTION. I like to sit on LAPS and SNUGGLE. I will even GAZE into your eyes. Plus, I’m CALM and GENTLE. Let’s meet and see for yourself. I am neutered, UTD on shots, and FIV/FeLV negative

To meet me, fill out the CAT ADOPTION APPLICATION at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Loki, a Long Beach Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
