Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Alfred is a handsome 3 y/o male who was found stray in the southern part of the state. He came to Houston to find himself a family to settle down with. He sent me the following message:
“Howdy partner. I've been out on the range for awhile but need to settle down. I'm a real pleasure to hang out with. I like all dogs and people but don't care for 'possums. Let's take a walk together and you'll see what a pleasure I am to walk with. So please come by, say hello, and see what you think of me. “
Alfred is a gentle soul who will make someone a great companion. He was cared for in his previous life and has had some training, especially on a leash. He is house broken with good house manners. Alfred is crate and dog door trained. Alfred needs an experienced owner who can work with Alfred on learning that waiting can bring its own rewards! Having another canine buddy would help him adjust to times when the family needs to be gone. Apply today to come and meet this wonderful beagle!
