Hi! My name is Ted and I'm about 1.5 years old. My foster mom rescued me from a shelter.  Since I can't talk I couldn't tell her all about me so she took me to a vet to get checked up.  Turns out I am heart worm negative and am pretty healthy. I'm a little guy at just 20-25 pounds, but I can make anyone take notice and pay attention! I like to explore and steal toys and play with my foster sisters.

Foster mom here - Ted is a mix, but he has the Brittany energy and smarts.  He came to us house trained, walks alright on a leash and pays attention to commands. We noticed that when Ted is anxious he just lays down - he's not a barker and doesn't display anxiety. Ted has been fostered in a home with 3 other dogs and 2 inside cats.  He is curious about the cats but leaves them alone.  He made fast friends with our youngest dog - they play all day.

Ted is a sweetheart.  He does get a little possessive of his humans, but he quickly understands when there are others in the pecking order.  Ted is highly intelligent and will need an environment that is stimulating.  I believe he will do best in a forever home that has another dog.  Ted will make a great family pet - smart, cute, affectionate and a little charmer!
