Lucky's Story...
09-10-16 Lucky is a big and handsome boy that had to be given up because his family is moving and chose housing where he couldn't come. He's around 70 lbs, very friendly, a little over 1 yr old. He likes other dogs and has been around small children in his previous home.
We think he is a mix between German Shep. and Yellow lab. His fur is short and smooth, more like that of a lab. Lucky is house trained

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lucky, a Charlotte Black Mouth Cur/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Black Mouth Cur/Labrador Retriever for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Black Mouth Cur/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Black Mouth Cur/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Black Mouth Cur/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
