Spooky #2 entered the shelter on 03/01/2008. Spooky - Estimated DOB 02/26/2007 -NEGATIVE for heartworms! He was so scared when he came to the shelter, but with gentle hands and lots of love he began socialize with us. He loves other dogs and loves to play.

There is no finer dog in the world than our man, Spooky. He is loved by all dogs and all humans! He is your working buddy, your couch potato, your walking buddy or just your whatever you need him to be. All he wants is constant companionship. Spooky can go to work with you, ride with you, or enjoy the beach with you! All American Dog!

Spooky and Mee Mee are the oldest dogs in our shelter! They have been with us since opening in March 2007! Our Spooky boy is reserved but extremely loyal. Once bonded, he is great off leash and will not venture far! Spooky is house trained and very tidy and neat in his kennel that he shares with Mee Mee! HE IS PART OF A BONDED PAIR with our sweet and timid Mee Mee!!!! . Spooky is affectionate and will be your most loyal companion you have ever know once he knows you!

About Our Rescue Group...

Wynne Friends of Animals is a private, no-kill, rehabilitative sanctuary in the State of Arkansas, approximately 45 minutes west of Memphis, TN. We have been in existence since 2007, and been voted best in Arkansas every year since inception. You may visit our website @ and read about us, as well as, take a tour of our shelter. We are approaching 4,000 adoptions in the New England area and it will be no problem to supply any and all references that you need to assure our credibility! Come Meet Our Pets...

Wynne Friends of Animals - New Hampshire, is pleased to partner with our award winning shelter in Arkansas, to rescue and place homeless dogs in the New England area.

All dogs adopted, are up to date with appropriate vaccinations, have been spayed or neutered, are currently on a monthly heartworm & flea preventative, are microchipped. Microchips are registered to the adopter once approved and payment is received. We also supply complete health records, and to prevent a lapse in treatment, a 1 month dose of heartworm preventative (Heartgard) is included with the adoption.

Our Adoption Process...

Adoption Application that has to be approved by the Board of Directors of the Wynne Friends of Animals - This application is designed to help us assist you in finding a matching companion for your family. We will respond to your email within 24 hours. Wynne Friends will check veterinarian, landlord (if applicable), and/ or personal references provided. Also, a home visit may be requested by one of our volunteers. Once approved, the adoption process can begin. Click this link for a your application -

Total Adoption Fee $ 425.00, which includes transportation to the New England area. We use PETS LLC as our transport service out of Cookeville, TN ( They are USDA approved for travel. All dogs will have appropriate travel health certificates.
