This healthy cute little girl looks like a retreiver with her legs cropped; but she has daschund looking ears and feet, so maybe some in there. Regardless at 9 years its sad tha someone saw fit to bring her to an animal control type facility. Please put her on your list to see and maybe make her Christmas special. Adopting a shelter animal means there are some unknowns, but from experience, we can tell you its worth it. Most that we foster turn out to have had training, or so happy to get a home, they are willing to learn quickly and make wonderful pets. Just ask someone who adopted a shelter pet. They will tell you they were worth it. . . there is a great adoption friendly interaction room you can take your other pet or your family to visit with them. The shelter is at 650 John Howell Memorial Drive in Lincolnton, NC. Phone 704 736 4125. If you call you need to give them his shelter ID number. ,It is newly remodeled too. Hours of operation for adopting are 11 to 4:30, Mon-sat. you can adopt the same day. For only $85. you get the spay or neuter, rabies vaccine, annual disease preventative vaccines, a worming, a microchip and even 30 days of free insurance. A great deal in services. Please hurry if you are interested . T hanks for looking. Please come see some of our dogs at our adoption event on Saturdays at Denver Canine Club ; 7898 Natalie Commons Drive in Denver from 10 to 3:00 p.m. Adoption specials at this event only, don't miss it!

About Friends of Lincoln County Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

We focus on helping cats and dogs in LIncoln County Animal Control who are in danger of being euthanized. We take them to pet adoptions as well as list them. We also try to feature or help foster those who have been at animal control the longest and in danger of not making it out.

Please volunteer if you are in the North Charlotte area or willing to drive to Lincoln County area to help. We need help with set up and take down at adoption events besides interacting and helping the public with adoptions on Saturdays in Huntersville.

We are in need of a photographer willing to go the shelter weekly to photograph the animals . Nothing fancy just someone willing to take them out for pictures so they will get exposure to the public.

re in need of foster homes desperately to save dogs, cats and kittens from euthanasia.
